I needed to free myself! So this blog is about practicing the pause so read on and enjoy!
Have you ever felt relieved and deflated after achieving a huge goal? You ran your first marathon, hit your mark on achieving your fitness goals, sold a business you started, or had a record sales month in your job or business. Once that initial celebratory buzz and emotions are over, you start relaxing, even contemplating what's next.
First, realize this: It's natural to feel this way. After all, you put all your emotions, focus and energy into ensuring your actions were consistently moving you forward toward your goals and probably put other parts of your life on hold. And also, the achievement wasn't as fulfilling as you imagined.
Understand you've sacrificed a lot. You've achieved a large goal, and it's really useful to understand that you may get complacent. The complacency may be because you're relieved that you were able to achieve it.
After reaching a big goal, complacency is almost certain. Here are a couple of tips to help you stay consistent with the most important relationship you keep - with yourself so read on and enjoy!
Every year thousands of people set goals and commitments that they either achieve, quit, or make excuses and reasons why they cannot accomplish their goals. If you want to STRETCHYOURSELF to the next level, there are specific disciplines and simpler ways of seeing the world through your eyes that will help you understand that being committed will enable a happier life that responds to you.
Sometimes we make life more complicated than it is. We attach happiness to achievement and then look for it in all the wrong ways and in all the wrong places. Of course, you don’t have to live like this. If you feel like you are, it’s time to simplify things. It’s time to get back to the basics. So this blog is about helping you become more committed to achieve the things you want in life, while respecting the relationship you keep with yourself so read on and enjoy!

2015 is coming to a close. We are in December already. Man! Where did the time go? If you are like me, December is a month of assessment and planning new projects, challenges, and goals for the coming year.
When you sit down to make that list this year, ask yourself:
Never give up. Once you give up it's over. When you give up you automatically fail.
You can't give up on your goals. Believe in yourself and believe that you can and will succeed. Keep trying. Keep stretching yourself by doing different things to achieve your goals. Most people never achieve their goals because they often quit just when they're on the verge of reaching their dream.
Let's face it if you give up - it's over and nothing changes.
Those who quit always fail.
Those who succeed never give up.
I know some of you will say: "Ron, I haven't given up. I've been trying for years and nothing has changed. I keep trying and nothing works. I simply can't go on anymore."
Succeeding isn't about doing the same thing over and over again and hoping for a different result. That's insanity.
By never giving up, you continue striving toward your goals but you have to always try something different in order to get a different result. Always look for a solution.
And in today’s blog I'll show you how and why you need to stay committed to your goal why you should never give up and how to keep the momentum going so you reach or surpass your goals.

2015 is fast coming to a close, we’re in August already. Man! Where did the time go? If you’re like me, August is a month of litmus testing to see how far I am with the goals I’ve set and celebrate the small successes and the experiences so far.
When you sit down to look at your list ask yourself, am I still doing what I love? Am I passionate about it? Does my Sunday night feel just like your Friday night? If the answer is not, then NOW is the time to stretch yourself and make a change – a change for you.
It doesn’t have to be a major change; you can take small steps, but now is the time to start moving and acting upon it. The only thing you need to ask yourself now is, Why not?
You are more successful than you think...
DID YOU KNOW THAT?
Right now you just don't realize it.
Most people don't realize just how successful they are, because they choose to focus on their failures.
But if you focus on success, you'll attract more success.
If you are ready to start living and creating the life you want take a look at your current situation and ask yourself what's wrong with the very moment that you are in. You should find nothing wrong in the present moment and let's face it you can't turn your mind off from thinking about things you want to achieve and have doubts and worries, but you can start thinking differently, so here are some rules to help you STRETCH yourself to achieve your goals
In today's blog I want to ask the question....What have you done today, to make a difference in the life of someone else? Much too often we find ourselves so busy with what we think is important only to find that the importance we placed on what we are doing isn't really important at all. We have reached a point in this nation where people really need people, to speak a kind word, to assist where it is needed, to share something you may have and someone else needs it.
You must be observant and notice people around you whether its family, friends, or co-workers, just pay attention and you will feel with your human spirit whether there is a need.
The biggest area of turn-key businesses is franchises. There is franchise for ever industry in the world and they are fairly easy to acquire and come with practically a pop out of the box pre-assembled system. McDonald’s is a prime example. In fact, a $40 billion, 28,707 strong example.
There are a few things we are going to talk about:
Did you know that when you stretch yourself and create effective fulfilling relationships that you have your own personal network standing in the wings, ready and waiting to help you get closer to achieving whatever you want in life?
Your problem is that you haven’t stretched yourself to realize their true value and potential.
There is positive momentum and negative momentum.
Are you creating positive momentum in your life, drawing the things you want in your life, or are you pushing it away?
In this blog I'm going to give you ten suggestions (or reminders) to help you maintain focus on what really matters.
In this week's blog I'm going to talk about the life cycle of a business and how to get the most out of each cycle while also extended the lifespan of your business. The four different stages of a business life cycle are:
In today's blog I'd like to talk about the different types of support staff you need and what makes them so important. There are essentially three key roles that need to be filled to properly set your business up for success:
Spring has finally here in Atlanta and that always means changes. Those changes have already started, we just don't see them.
They're taking place deep underground where roots are spreading, plants are drawing the nutrition they need to flower and flourish.
Whether you like it or not change is always happening around us, in nature and in your life. Sometimes these changes are subtle, sometimes they're obvious. In some cases you can't control changes, like the changing of seasons. But there are changes that you can create, the kind of changes that you want when you apply a simple process.
In today's blog I'll show you how you can create the changes you want quickly and easily.
So Read on and enjoy!
Today’s blog is dedicated to Steve Jobs. I want to dedicate his life as an example that we all can follow. I recently listened to his speech on YouTube that he gave to a graduating class and it moved me to the point where I had to write about him and hopefully this blog will interpret the belief system that he had within.
Steve Jobs believed in himself.
Despite having the odds against him, he believed in himself.
He believed in his vision.
He believed that he could change the world and the way we communicate.
He believed he could make a difference.
And he did.
Wow... time sure does fly... it seems like it was January just yesterday.
Every year we all set certain goals and hopefully you are making progress, or already accomplished some of them. I know there are all kinds of reasons for not achieving some of those goals... but really those "reasons" are poor excuses that your mind and subconscious mind have been conditioned to accept. Your mind and subconscious mind are trained or conditioned to live the life you're currently living.
It's easy to achieve your goals and enjoy your life when you forget about the failures, do the right things, and make the right choices.
When you take the right actions you know exactly what to do intuitively when you have your subconscious mind and your inner powers working for you so they create exactly you want.
That's when life becomes easy. But no one ever tells you that life can be easy. That you can get what you want. Instead, they tell you that life is hard and that you have to struggle.
If you're not enjoying the success you want; if you're not achieving your goals, if you're not getting what you want then you're not directing your subconscious and your inner powers by being consistent and focused to make it easy for you to succeed.
You'll get what you want and you'll easily achieve your goals when you direct your subconscious mind and your inner powers to bring you what you want.
Just how do you do this?
In today's blog, I'll show you how to get your subconscious mind and your inner powers to create the success you want by following some simple but powerful steps...
