My morning schedule has changed many times over the past couple of years. Some things were experimental, some things I just got bored of (which is dangerous, because if you’re not looking to inspire yourself in morning so you can look forward to waking up- you likely won’t), but for the most part any change in my morning schedule has been because of my evolving and ever growing spiritual journey.
So this video I will be talking about my own personal morning rituals, all of which I’ve now done personally for an extended length of time and can heavily vouch for. Understand that I don't do anything that doesn't resonate with my spiritual, nor do I beat myself up if I'm not consistent. I believe that everything we do is always on time, so listen to this video and enjoy! ![]() It’s a feeling of heaviness deep within you. You try to ignore it, but you can’t. I want to fall on my bed and bury my face in a pillow. But that doesn’t work, because the sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach doesn't allow me to sleep. Fear is terribly painful on so many levels. so in this blog I'm going to talk about how I approach my fears and want to personally challenge you to do the same, so read on and enjoy!

Let's face it if you don’t stretch yourself outside your comfort zone - it's over and nothing changes. Those who fail sometimes quit pursuing their goals. Those who quit always fail. Those who succeed stretch themselves to new levels of success sees failure as experience to bring them closer to their goals. Those who stretch themselves almost always succeed. Succeeding isn't about doing the same thing over and over again and hoping for a different result. That's insanity. By never giving up you continue striving toward your goals - but you have to stretch yourself - try something different in order to get a different result. Always look for a solution and be open to opportunities no matter how small and insignificant you think they may be. So this blog is about maintaining a strong mindset in order to achieve your goals so read on and enjoy! ![]() 2015 is coming to a close. We are in December already. Man! Where did the time go?
